Position control
Applications with control of tightening sequence are particularly interesting.
The work unit is made up of a pneumatic screwdriver with torque control, with a sturdy, ergonomic support arm made by us, with linear ball-bearing units and integrated position sensor.
The screw head is moved manually by the operator (pneumatic balancing) and, at the correct height, a slide brings the screwdriver to complete the tightening. Software can be programmed with the correct order of tightening positions, enabling the station to reach the predetermined quota. An option with predetermined pantograph sequence completes the series.
