Remote servicing programme
Using file AA_V3.4.exe , MPA Automazioni can connect to your PC, providing it is online.
If you have the programming software for equipment on your machine and the necessary connection hardware, MPA Automation can then assist you by carrying out the checks/changes required, directly from its Bassano del Grappa facility.
The procedure is simple:
- Download the file on your PC (connected to Internet and to machine equipment such as PLC, panels etc.)
- Launch file AA_v3.4.exe
- Call M.P.A Automazioni S.r.l. on +39 0424 592004
- Give your ID over the phone (on left of window, Client side, “your ID”, e.g. 35123456)
- Wait for MPA technician to confirm connection is ready
- On the connection window that appears, “Accept” (leaving all boxes ticked).
