Pallet line

The use of manual or motorised pallet lines allows for complex systems. And structuring into the system the manual stations essential to the production cycle makes for simple, smooth running.

M.P.A. Automazioni always suggests solutions based on client demands and, every time, looks for the best response to client requirements.

Test/assembly benches

We have developed several types of test benches that analyse a variety of physical parameters.

For example, they can carry out leak testing, checking for pressure losses and partial loss of vacuum, flow and volume control and final performance testing using LPG gas.

They can use instruments to make electrical measurements such as resistance, voltage etc. We have also developed benches for tensile and compression testing and engine balancing.

Robots

Assembly of pieces using SCARAs (anthropomorphic robots), robotic feeding of other production machines and/or work processes using robots or gantry palletisers are some of our best-known solutions. Of great interest are solutions with SCARA robots for palletising and depalletising pieces, with special grabs for moving the pallets.

Mechanical rotary tables

For assembling pieces that require high-speed, high-quantity hourly production, mechanical rotary tables have been customised to produce 3500-3600 pieces/hour. Within a cycle time of one second, pieces comprising even eight components can be assembled, testing and lubrication included where required.

One feature of the mechanical rotary table is that the component to be worked, during one turn of the rotary table, is mechanically moved (with a complex system of conrods and index drive) from feed-in point to the workpiece carrier on the table, taking advantage of the idle time of the table’s own rotation.

The right compromise between workpiece loading and production rate makes high-performance assembly lines possible.
