Multi-head press
Six-station multi-head press commissioned for pressing by a famous manufacture of motorcycle clothing.
The textile and the protective material are loaded manually onto the motorised mould plate. Closure of the mould and polyurethane dosage is done automatically.
The upper head rotates so that it can perform two processes: first, shaping and then, gluing. Each station is independent and has a push-button panel for function control with safety barrier. At the back are guard doors with safety micro-switches.
